Chris recently retired as an assistant chief after 31 years of service. By 1995 he was certified to teach American Heart Association ACLS, BLS and Heartsaver Curriculum, National Safety Council Emergency Medical Responder Instructor. Other accomplishment includes approved MSHA Part 46/48 trainer. GA First Responder Instructor, GA Peace Officer Standards and Training Council General Instructor, Emergency Vehicle Operator Trainer, and Pre Hospital Trauma Life Support Instructor, Confined Space Rescue Technician, Haz Mat Technician and Trench Rescue Technician.
Shane Harrison
Instructor
Shane Harrison is an experienced 25-year veteran of a Metro Atlanta Fire Department. He has been a certified EMT for 23 years and has been teaching safety classes for most of those years. Shane is a Forklift Train the Trainer Instructor, but his passion is saving lives. He is certified by the American Heart Association as an instructor in Basic Life support, certified by the National Safety Council as a First Responder Instructor, and has over 20 years of experience teaching First Aid and CPR in Industry and Construction.
